Article 14.--ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS FOR CERTAIN DWELLINGS

      58-1403.   Same; application to newdwellings.Except as provided by this act, the design and constructionof all new dwellings shall conform to theaccessibility standards specified inK.S.A. 58-1402, and amendmentsthereto.
