58-205

Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY
Article 2.--LIENS ON PERSONAL PROPERTY

      58-205.   Same; assignment; time for bringing action.Any lien created by this act may be assigned, and may be enforced by theperson entitled thereto, by action brought against the owner of said grain,or grain crop, or any secured party, lien claimant, or against anypurchaser who may have acquired any interest in said grain or grain cropsubsequent to the beginning of such threshing or harvesting; but saidaction must be brought within ninety days after the filing of suchstatement, and unless said action be brought within such time, said lienshall be deemed to have been abandoned, and shall be thereafter void.
