Article 22.--CONVEYANCES OF LAND

      58-2241.   Duty of register of deeds to enter instruments on transferrecord.It shall be the duty of the register of deeds, when he or she shall receive anyinstrument conveying real estate which has not been entered on the transferrecord to have such instrument entered on said transfer record immediatelyupon the recording of the same in his or her office.
