Article 22.--CONVEYANCES OF LAND

      58-2249.   Protection of bona fide purchasers of Indian land.Laws 1881, chapter 112, section 1, and Laws 1874, chapter 79, sections 2and 3, included by reference. [The act of 1874 was entitled "An Act toprotect the bona fide purchasers of Indian lands." The act of 1881 amendedand repealed section 1 of the act of 1874. The essential provision was thatthe census roll and the allotment roll of any tribe of Indians, except asto certain lands in Johnson county, made in pursuance of any treaty betweenthe United States and any tribe of Indians, be received in evidence in allcourts in this state.]
