Article 22.--CONVEYANCES OF LAND

      58-2265.   Same; instrument requiring insurance; disclosure of insuranceinformation.Whenever the instrument requires that the purchaser, mortgagor orborrower furnish insurance of any kind on real property being conveyed oris collateral security to a loan, the mortgagee, vendor or lender shallrefrain from disclosing or using any and all such insurance information tohis, her or its own advantage and to the detriment of either the borrower,purchaser, mortgagor, insurance company or agency complying with therequirements relating to insurance.
