Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 23.--MORTGAGES OF REAL PROPERTY

58-2317. Same; penalty.Any person convicted of a violation of K.S.A. 58-2315 shall be punishedby a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundreddollars, and by imprisonment in the county jail not less than two monthsnor more than six months.
