      58-2325.   Validating defective releases and assignments.Laws 1915, chapter 252, included by reference. [Act applied to defectivereleases and assignments recorded at least five years before the takingeffect of the act; provided that if an action be not commenced within oneyear from the taking effect of the act, mortgagee, assignee or holder ofsuch mortgage should be forever barred from bringing action to set asidesuch instrument.]
