Article 24.--TRUSTS AND POWERS

      58-2434.   Same; appointment, succession, powers, duties, terms andcompensation of trustees.The instrument or will creating such trust may provide for theappointment, succession, powers, duties, terms and compensation of thetrustee or trustees; and in all such respects the terms of said instrumentor will shall be controlling. If the said instrument or will makes noprovision in regard to any of the foregoing, then the general laws of thestate shall control as to such omission or omissions.
