Article 24a.--UNIFORM PRUDENT INVESTOR ACT

      58-24a03.   Diversification.A fiduciary shall diversify the investments of the trust unlessthefiduciary reasonably determines that, because of special circumstances, thepurposes of the trust are better served without diversifying.
