Article 24a.--UNIFORM PRUDENT INVESTOR ACT

      58-24a19.   Same; court's power to permit deviationnot restricted.Nothing contained inK.S.A. 58-24a01, etseq., andamendments thereto, shall be construed as restricting thepower of a court of proper jurisdiction to permit a fiduciary to deviatefrom the terms of any will, agreement, or other instrument relating to theacquisition, investment, reinvestment, exchange, retention, sale ormanagement of fiduciary property.
