Article 25.--LANDLORDS AND TENANTS

      58-2512.   Same; re-entry upon violation of 58-2511.If any tenant shall violate the provisions of the preceding section, thelandlord or person holding under the landlord, after giving ten days' noticeto quit possession, shall have a right to re-enter the premises and takepossession thereof and dispossess the tenant, subtenant or undertenant.
