Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 25.--LANDLORDS AND TENANTS

58-2523. Action by remainderman or reversioner for waste or trespass. A person seized of an estate in remainder or reversion may maintain anaction for waste or trespass for injury to the inheritance, notwithstandingan intervening estate for life or years.
