Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY
Article 3.--MORTGAGES AND CONDITIONAL SALES

      58-321.   Destruction of mortgages on file five years and not renewed.All chattel mortgages which have expired by reason of being on file fiveyears, and not renewed, may be destroyed by the register of deeds asprovided in K.S.A. 58-320, the proper entry having been made of suchdestruction.
