Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY

Article 30.--REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS

      58-3044.   Denial of license; hearing.If the commission, after an application for a license or renewal ofa license has been filed with the proper form, accompanied by the properfee, refuses to issue or renew the license, it shall give notice tothe applicant setting forth the reasons for such refusal. Suchnotice and an opportunity to be heard shall be given in accordance with theprovisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act, unless theapplication for a license is denied solely becauseof the applicant's failure to pass a required examination.
