Article 30.--REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS

      58-3048.   Commission powers and duties.(a) The commission may publishperiodically a list of the namesand addresses of all persons licensed under the provisions of this act. Thecommission may publish information concerning disciplinary actions andother information relative to enforcement of the provisions of this act andmay provide such information for publication in newspapers and tradejournals and to broadcast media.

      (b)   The commission, may conduct, hold or assist in conducting orholding real estate courses or institutes, and incur and pay thenecessary expenses incurred thereby, which courses or institutes shallbe open to any licensee without any charge or fee therefor.

      (c)   The commission may conduct, hold or assist in conducting or holdinginstructor development workshops, and incur and pay the necessary expensesincurred thereby.

      (d)   The commission may assist real estate institutes andfoundations, with financial aid or otherwise, in sponsoring studies,surveys and programs for the benefit of real estate licensees, and theelevation of the real estate business.

      (e)   The commission shall publicize (1) the existence of the realestaterecovery revolving fund and the availability of recovery therefrom,(2)the acts for which recovery may be allowed and (3) information regardingthe filing of claims for payments, including the conditions and limitationsto which the filing of claims and recovery are subject under the provisionsof the real estate brokers' and salespersons' license act.
