      58-3065.   Penalties for violations; reporting of minor violations forprosecution not required.(a) Willful violation of any provision of this act or the brokeragerelationships in real estate transactions act is amisdemeanorpunishable by imprisonment for not more than 12 months or a fineof not less than $100 or more than $1,000, or both, for the first offense andimprisonment for not more than 12 months or a fine of not less than $1,000 ormore than $10,000, or both, for a second or subsequent offense.

      (b)   Nothing in this act or the brokerage relationships in real estatetransactions act shall be construed as requiring thecommissionor the director to report minor violations of the acts forcriminal prosecutionwhenever the commission or the director believes that the public interestwill be adequately served by other administrative action.
