Article 30.--REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS

      58-3073.   Same; unlawful acts; penalty.It shall be unlawful for any person or such person's agent to file withthe commission any statement or other document, required underthe provisions of K.S.A. 58-3066 to 58-3071, inclusive, and amendments ofsuch sections, whichis false or untrue or contains any material misstatement of fact.Violation of the provisions of this section is a class A misdemeanor.
