Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY

Article 30.--REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS

      58-3075.   Severability clause.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affectother provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
