      58-3082.   Suspended, deactivated or revoked license;effect oncommissions.(a) A licensee whose license is suspended, deactivated or revoked mayreceiveany personally earned commission during the period of suspension,deactivation or revocationonly for those acts performed and for which commission was personally earnedwhen the person was actively licensed prior to the effective date of thesuspension, deactivation or revocation. This statute is not intended todeterminewhether alicensee is entitled to compensation. Entitlementto compensation shall depend upon theterms of the licensee's written employment or independent contractor agreementwith the licensee's former supervising broker or branchbroker and is a matter ofcontract law.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to theKansas real estate brokers' and salespersons' license act.
