Article 30a.--COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER LIEN ACT

      58-30a16.   Recording of satisfaction or release oflien, when required.If a lien filedpursuant to this act has been paid in full or otherwise discharged, or if thebrokerfails to institute asuit to enforce the lien within the time provided by K.S.A. 58-30a11 and58-30a14,and amendmentsthereto,the broker shall record the satisfaction or release of such lienin writingupon written demandwithin 20 days after such demand in the office of the register of deeds of thecounty in which the commercial real estate is located.
