Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 31.--APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT

58-3108. Certain work prohibited.No apartment owner shall do any work which would jeopardize thesoundness or safety of the property, reduce the value thereof or impair anyeasement or hereditament without in every such case the unanimous consentof all the other apartment owners being first obtained.
