Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY

Article 31.--APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT

      58-3120.   Books of receipts and expenditures; availability forexamination.The manager or board of directors, as the case may be, shall keepdetailed, accurate records in chronological order, of receipts andexpenditures affecting the common areas and facilities, specifying anditemizing the maintenance and repair expenses of the common areas andfacilities and any other expenses incurred. Such records and the vouchersauthorizing the payments shall be available for examination by theapartment owners at convenient hours of week days.
