Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY
Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Article 31.--APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT

      58-3127.   Actions.Without limiting the rights of any apartment owner, actions may bebrought by the manager or board of directors, in either case in thediscretion of the board of directors, on behalf of two or more of theapartment owners, as their respective interest may appear, with respect toany cause of action relating to the common areas and facilities of morethan one apartment. Service of process on two or more apartment owners inany action relating to the common areas and facilities of more than oneapartment may be made on the person designated in the declaration toreceive service of process.
