Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY
Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Article 31.--APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT

      58-3128.   Personal application.(a) All apartment owners, tenants of such owners, employees of ownersand tenants, or any other persons that may in any manner use property orany part thereof submitted to the provision of this act shall be subject tothis act and to the declaration and bylaws of the association of apartmentowners adopted pursuant to the provisions of this act.

      (b)   All agreements, decisions and determinations lawfully made by theassociation of apartment owners in accordance with the voting percentagesestablished in the act, declaration or bylaws shall be deemed to be bindingon all apartment owners.
