Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY

Article 33.--UNIFORM LAND SALES PRACTICES ACT

      58-3315.   Penalties.Any person who willfully violates any provision of this act or of a ruleadopted under it or any person who willfully, in an application forregistration makes any untrue statement of a material fact or omits tostate a material fact is guilty of a felony and may be fined not less thanone thousand dollars ($1,000) or double the amount of gain from thetransaction, whichever is the larger but not more than fifty thousanddollars ($50,000); or such person may be imprisoned for not more than three (3)years; or both.
