Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 38.--EASEMENTS

58-3801. Creation of solar easements; recordation.Any easement obtained for the purpose of exposure of a solar energy deviceshall be created in writing. The instrument containing such easement shallbe recorded with the register of deeds of the county within which the propertyaffected by such easement is situated.
