Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 41.--REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS

58-4125. Severability.If any provision of this act or its application to any personor in any circumstance is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction tobe invalid or unenforceable, provisions constituting the remainder of theact and the application of those provisions to other persons and in othercircumstances shall not be affected.
