Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 45.--HOME INSPECTORS

58-4506. Same; setting fees by rule andregulation.(a) The board shall adopt rules and regulations fixing theamounts of feesprovided for by this act, subject to the following: For anapplication for an original registration, the amountmay not exceed$200; and for renewal of registration the amount may not exceed$200; for an additional fee for a late renewal an amount not to exceed $50;for reinstatement of an expired or revoked registration an amount not toexceed $300; and for a duplicate copy of a registration certificate an amountnot to exceed $25. Other fees may be set in the amount determined by theboard.

(b) The board may charge a fee not to exceed $500 to review anapplication packet submitted for approval by an education provider forpre-registration courses or a fee not to exceed $50 to review an applicationpacket for an education provider for continuing education classes.
