Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY

Article 45.--HOME INSPECTORS

      58-4511.   Violations; penalties.(a) It shall be unlawful for an individual to perform a homeinspection asdefined in K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 58-4502, and amendments thereto, without beingregistered underthis act.

      (b)   Violation of this section is a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
