Article 6.--POWERS AND LETTERS OF ATTORNEY

      58-664.   Effect of repealed statutes on existingpowers of attorney.The repeal of the uniform durable power of attorney act,K.S.A. 58-610 through 58-617 and the repeal of K.S.A. 58-601 and58-602, shall not affect the validity of powers of attorney created under thosesections, the validity of the acts and transactions of attorneys in fact underauthority granted in powers of attorney executed under those sections, or theduties of attorneys in fact under powers of attorney executed under thosesections.
