Chapter 58.--PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY Part 6.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS Article 9.--UNIFORM PRINCIPAL AND INCOME ACT (1997)

58-9-603. Severability clause.If any provision of this actor its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, theinvalidity doesnot affect other provisions or applications of this act which can be giveneffectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
