Chapter 58a.--KANSAS UNIFORM TRUST CODE
Article 3.--REPRESENTATION

      58a-301.   Representation: basiceffect.(a) Notice to aperson who may represent and bind another person under this article has thesame effect as if notice were given directly to the other person.

      (b)   The consent of a person who may represent and bind another person underthis articleis binding on the person represented unless the person represented objects tothe representationbefore the consent would otherwise have become effective.

      (c)   Except as otherwise provided inK.S.A. 58a-411 and 58a-602,andamendmentsthereto, a person who underthis articlemay represent a settlor who lacks capacity may receive notice and give abinding consent on thesettlor's behalf.
