Chapter 58a.--KANSAS UNIFORM TRUST CODE
Article 3.--REPRESENTATION

      58a-304.   Representation by person havingsubstantially identical interest.Unless otherwise represented, a minor, incapacitated,or unbornindividual, or a person whose identity or location is unknown and notreasonably ascertainable, maybe represented by and bound by another having a substantially identicalinterest with respect to theparticular question or dispute, but only to the extent there is no conflict ofinterest between therepresentative and the person represented.
