Chapter 58a.--KANSAS UNIFORM TRUST CODE
Article 5.--CREDITOR'S CLAIMS; SPENDTHRIFT AND DISCRETIONARY TRUSTS

      58a-501.   Rights of beneficiary'screditor or assignee.To theextent a beneficiary's interest is not subject to aspendthrift provision,the court may authorize acreditor or assignee of the beneficiary to reach the beneficiary's interest byattachment of present orfuture distributions to or for the benefit of the beneficiary or other means.The court may limit theaward to such relief as is appropriate under the circumstances.
