Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 10.--PARTNERSHIP ESTATES

      59-1003.   Exhibition and surrender of property; statement; contempt. Every surviving partner, on demand of the executor or administrator of adeceased partner, shall exhibit to such executor or administrator and theappraisers of the deceased partner's estate the property belonging to thepartnership at the time of the death of the deceased partner, for inventoryand appraisement and shall furnish him or her a verified written statement ofsuch property described in the manner required for inventory; and in case theadministration thereof shall devolve upon such executor or administrator thesaid survivor shall surrender to such person, on demand, all of the property ofsuch partnership, and shall afford him or her all reasonable information andfacilities for the execution of his or her trust. Willful failure or neglect bythe surviving partner thus to exhibit or surrender such property, ondemand, shall constitute contempt of court.
