Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 10.--PARTNERSHIP ESTATES

59-1004. Sale of assets.An executor or administrator having the whole of the partnership estatein his or her possession, as herein provided, may sell the assets thereof atpublic or private sale as provided by law, and may without such possessionsell the interest of the deceased partner therein in the manner aforesaid.The surviving partner shall be an eligible purchaser.
