Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 16.--ACCOUNTING OF TRUSTEES

      59-1605.   Inventory by nontestamentary trustees.Within thirty (30) days after it is the duty of the first qualifyingtrustee of a trust created by written instrument, other than by will, infavor of persons subject to conservatorship, to take possession of thetrust property such trustee shall file in the districtcourt of the county where thetrust was created a notice of such trustee's appointment as trustee, a copyof the instrument creating the trust, a list of the names, addresses and dates ofbirth of the known living beneficiaries, and an inventory under oath of thetrust property which shall come to such trustee's possession or knowledge,with an estimated value thereof.
