Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 2.--COURTS AND THEIR RECORDS

      59-213.   Filing of probate proceeding documents.A duly certified copy of any document on file or of record in any probateproceedings in the district court of any county of the state may be filedin the district court of any other county of the state, and when so filed shall have thesame force and effect in such other county as in the county of origin.
