59-2301. Definitions.As used in this article [*], the word "lease," unless the contextotherwise indicates, means a lease for more than three years, or an oil andgas or other mineral lease; the word "mortgage" includes an extension of anexisting mortgage, subject to the provision of K.S.A. 59-1809.
