Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 23.--PROCEEDINGS FOR SALE, LEASE AND MORTGAGE OF REALTY

      59-2311.   Title conveyed by deed or other instrument executed bypersonal representative.The deed or other instrument of the personal representative executed pursuant toK.S.A. 59-2309 or 59-2310, and amendments thereto, shall be received in all courts aspresumptive evidence that the personal representative in all respects observed thedirections and complied with the requisites of law and shall vest title tothe estate granted in the party receiving it in thesame manner as ifconveyed by the decedent in the decedent's lifetime orconveyed, leased or mortgagedby the conservatee as if of full age and sound mind.
