Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 28.--SPECIAL PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES

      59-2804.   Bond; accountings; removal.The court, in its discretion at the time of the appointment orsubsequently, may require the personal representative to execute and file a bondto assure the faithful performance of the duties required. An accounting bythe personal representative shall be made within such periodof time as shall be established by rule of the supreme courtand either the courtor the county department of social welfare may require additionalaccountings at such intervals as it considers necessary.Failure to rendersuch accounts and to account satisfactorily for all proceeds received shallbe sufficient cause for the dismissal of the personal representative, andthe personal representative so appointed may be removed by the court uponthe petition of such representative and another representativeappointed.
