Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 29.--CARE AND TREATMENT FOR MENTALLY ILL PERSONS

59-2984. Severability.If any provision of this act or theapplication thereof to any person or circumstances is heldinvalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions orapplications of this act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisionsof this act are severable.
