Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 30.--GUARDIANS OR CONSERVATORS

      59-3052.   Computation of time.In computing the date upon or bywhich any act must bedone or hearing held under provisions of this article, the day on which an actor event occurred andfrom which a designated period of time is to be calculated shall not beincluded, but the last day ina designated period of time shall be included unless that day falls on aSaturday, Sunday or legalholiday, in which case the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legalholiday shall beconsidered to be the last day.
