Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 30.--GUARDIANS OR CONSERVATORS

59-3096. Severability.If any provision of this act for obtaining a guardian or aconservator, or both, or the application thereof to any person or circumstancesis held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions orapplications of this act which can be given effect with the invalid provisionor application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
