Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 33.--INFORMAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

59-3306. Appraisal of property.The district court, in its discretion, may order an appraisalof the property before making the orders contemplated by subsection (a) ofK.S.A. 59-3304. The appraisal shall be made by one or moreappraisers approved by the court.
