Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 34.--UNIFORM STATUTORY RULE AGAINST PERPETUITIES

      59-3407.   Same; uniformity of application and construction.This act shall be applied and construed to effectuate itsgeneralpurpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act amongstates enacting it.
