Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 35.--TRANSFER-ON-DEATH

      59-3510.   Same; beneficiaries; interest; change.The transfer-on-death beneficiary or beneficiaries shallhave no interest in the motor vehicle until the death of the owner or the lastsurvivor of the joint tenant with right of survivorship owners. A beneficiarydesignation may be changed at any time by the owner or all of the jointtenant with right of survivorship owners then surviving without the consent ofthe beneficiary or beneficiaries by filing an application for a subsequentcertificate of title.
