Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 12.--QUO WARRANTO

      60-1204.   Judgments.(a) Where party claims office. If judgment be rendered in favor ofa party claiming an office he or she shall proceed to exercise the functions ofthe office, after he or she has been qualified as required by law, and the courtshall order the defendant to deliver over all the books and papers in his or hercustody or within his or her power, belonging to the office from which the defendant shallhave been ousted.

      (b)   Against corporations. If judgment be rendered against acorporation, or any persons claiming to be a corporation, the court mayrestrain any disposition of the effects of the corporation, appoint areceiver of its property and effects, take an account, and make adistribution thereof among the creditors and persons entitled, and thecorporation will be dissolved.
