Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 17.--DECLARATORY JUDGMENTS

      60-1714.   Definitions.As used in this act, "person" means any person, partnership,limited partnership, joint venture, joint stock company, unincorporatedassociation, or society, or municipal orother corporation of any character whatsoever.
