Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL
Article 2.--RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

      60-202.   One form of action.There shall be but one form of action to be known as "civil action," inwhich the party complaining shall be designated "plaintiff" and the adverseparty "defendant."
